What we offer...
MPox is a disease that poses a significant public health concern as it affects not only countries in West and Central Africa but also the rest of the world.
We offer two types of MPox Virus (MPV) test kits for professional use. These include the MPV IgM/IgG Antibody Combined Rapid Test Kit, which is designed for the in vitro qualitative detection of MPV IgM/IgG antibodies in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The other is the MPV Antigen Rapid Test Kit, which is intended for in vitro detection of MPV antigens in human pharyngeal secretion samples.
Both test kits are for professional and in vitro diagnostic use only. They are designed to aid in the diagnosis of MPox antigen virus infection in patients. The test kits come with instructions to help healthcare professionals safely and effectively administer the test on their patients within 15 minutes.

Mpox Virus Antigen Test
The Monkeypox Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kit is specifically designed for in vitro detection of the monkeypox virus antigen in human pharyngeal secretion samples and is intended for professional use only. This test kit utilizes the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography, where the detection area of the nitrocellulose membrane (T line) is coated with mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 2 (MPV-Ab2), and the quality control region (C-line) is coated with goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody and colloidal gold labelled mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 1 (MPV-Ab1) on the gold-labelled pad.
During the test, when the sample is detected, the Monkeypox Virus Antigen (MPV-Ag) in the sample combines with colloidal gold (Au)-labelled mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 1 to form an (Au-Mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 1-[MPV-Ag]) immune complex, which flows forward in the nitrocellulose membrane. It then combines with coated mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 2 to form agglutination "(Au MPV-Ab1-[MPV-Ag]-MPV-Ab2)" in the detection area (T-line) during the test.
The remaining colloidal gold-labelled Mouse anti-monkeypox virus monoclonal antibody 1 combines with goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody coated on the quality control line to form agglutination and develop colour. If the sample does not contain Monkeypox Virus antigen, the detection area cannot form an immune complex, and only the quality control area will form an immune complex and develop colour. This test kit includes detailed instructions to ensure that professionals can safely and effectively administer the test on patients within a 15-minute timeframe.

Mpox Antibody Combined Test
The Mpox IgM/IgG Antibody Combined Rapid Test Kit is intended for in vitro qualitative detection of IgM/IgG antibodies specific to the monkeypox virus in human serum, plasma, or whole blood samples. This kit utilizes the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography, where the detection area of nitrocellulose membrane (G-line and M-line) is coated with mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody and mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody as two test lines, while the quality control region (C-line) is coated with rabbit anti-chicken IgY polyclonal antibody and colloidal gold-labelled recombinant Monkeypox virus antigen (recombinant MPV-Ag) on the gold colloidal conjugate pad.
During testing, a positive sample will exhibit the formation of an (Au-MPV-Ag-MPV-IgG or Au-MPV-Ag-MPV-IgM) immune complex, which flows forward in the nitrocellulose membrane and combines with coated mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody and/or mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody to form agglutination and develop colour (Au-MPV-Ag)-(MPV-IgG)-mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody and/or (Au-MPV-Ag)-(MPV-IgM)-mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody during the test. In contrast, a negative sample will not show agglutination or colour development in the detection area (G-line) and (M-line). Regardless of the sample result, a red line will always develop in the quality control region (C-line) to indicate proper testing protocol.
This test serves as an aid in the diagnosis of MPox (MPV) virus infection, and the kit comes with comprehensive instructions to facilitate safe and effective administration within 15 minutes.
